AADB Mid-Year Meeting Schedule and Registration Material

Sunday, April 22, 2012 – The meeting will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Harold Hillenbrand Auditorium on the second floor of the ADA Headquarters Building, 211 East Chicago Avenue, Chicago, IL. The topics for the meeting will be published on this website as soon as they are confirmed.

Monday, April 23, 2012 – The meeting will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Harold Hillenbrand Auditorium.  A luncheon will be provided to participants from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m. A reception from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on the 22nd floor of the ADA Headquarters Building will be sponsored by the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations (JCNDE) and the AADB.

The AADB Board Attorneys’ Roundtable (BAR) will be held in the Ritz Carlton Hotel Lobby from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday,
April 22, 2012 and from 9:00 - 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 23, 2012.

National Dental Examiners’ Advisory Forum: This meeting, sponsored by the ADA Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations, will be held on Monday afternoon, April 23, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the Harold Hillenbrand Auditorium. Funding is provided by the Joint Commission for one current member of each state board to attend the meeting of the Advisory Forum. These individuals will be identified by their state boards. Other interested examiners and educators, however, are welcome to attend.

Registration Fee - The registration fee for the Mid-Year Meeting is $410 for members and $560 for non-members. This amount covers registration, the luncheon, and the reception.

Hotel Reservations: Rooms have been reserved for participants at The Ritz Carlton Chicago. The rate for this block of rooms is $207.00 per night plus tax for a single or a double room. The hotel is located within a block of the ADA. TO RESERVE A HOTEL ROOM, PLEASE COMPLETE THE HOTEL RESERVATION FORM AND SUBMIT IT DIRECTLY TO THE RITZ CARLTON CHICAGO. The hotel reservation deadline is March 1, 2012. After the reservation deadline, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis only.
